STELLAR 3. The Third Annual San Francisco Fashion Awards ™ 2010 On August 29, 2010, Sunday, accolades will be presented at ‘The Third Annual: San Francisco Annual Fashion Awards ™’ ceremony produced by Del Geronimo.

San Francisco’s fashion community will celebrate the accomplishments of the best groundbreakers in the local fashion industry that have pushed it to the next level of creativity. The mission of this award show is to honor the most relevant talents that have contributed innovative and social change in the ongoing fashion evolution of San Francisco.

This year’s ceremony will be held at Pigment Cosmetics located at One Market Street in the Landmark Building in San Francisco. The gala starts at 2pm with drink spirits, music and entertainment. The award ceremony and fashion show featuring B Spoke Taylor and Coral Castillo will commence at 4pm. PR/ Creative Director: Owen Geronimo. SFFAMA: Tell us about yourself and what you do.

JC:   I’m Julie Chiem and I run She Wears, She Shares, a style blog where I post my daily outfits and pieces I’m currently inspired by. I always use to bookmark every item, image or artwork that was appealing to me, but would never refer back to it. It just became a long forgotten list. Starting a blog allowed me to deposit all my images into one spot which made it easier in a visual sense.

The film attempts to understand the essence of influence, what makes a person influential without taking a statistical or metric approach.

Written and Directed by Paul Rojanathara and Davis Johnson, the film is a Polaroid snapshot of New York influential creatives (advertising, design, fashion and entertainment) who are shaping today’s pop culture.
