THE BEAUTY EXPO is an annual live hair and make-up styling presentation and fashion installation. A networking soiree for professionals in the fashion, beauty and tech communities featuring trunk show by local retailers, fashion + beauty app demos & vendors. Teams wil showcase their best creative make-up and hairstyles. This year’s event will also feature a beauty tech panel with startup industry insiders and a fashion bloggers runway competition for the “Best Street Style” look at the event.

Jenni Bingham is the founder of Jenni Bingham Communications located in San Francisco. Formerly an executive with L'Oréal USA in New York, Jenni’s brings over 12 years of consumer & beauty communication experience. Her focus areas include consumer public relations, events, Fashion Week, sustainability communications, charity and social media.
Chantelle Hartshorne has spent the last 14 years blending beauty with business. In 2014, bringing her understanding of startup culture and the evolution of the beauty industry to the table, she joined the StyleBee founding members team. As a celebrity makeup artist, Chantelle has styled such notables as Seal and Angela Davis, as a business women she sat on a White House Business Council panel and as the Creative director for StyleBee she was the coordinator of Super Bowl 2016 week hair and makeup team.
Nupur Singh is the founder of fashion blog The Crispy Corner which documents her personal style, fashion and beauty trends and provides key style tips to the readers. Her blog was nominated as the top 10 blogs in Singapore Blog Awards 2015 under the Fashion Category. She is now based in San Francisco and is a certified image and style consultant from Image Asia Singapore and London Image Institute. She is a member of Association of Image Consultants International, San Francisco Chapter and has conducted multiple workshops on styling, business dressing, fashion trends and personal branding.
Karen Song (Moderator) is the founder and CEO of Stylematic, a mobile app that delivers personalized style recommendations. She studied neuroscience at Stanford University and leverages her analytical background in her day to day work to mobilize teams and draw meaningful observations from data. Karen also studied broadcast journalism and is launching a fashtech web-isode covering the latest fashtech innovations in SF.

DUALITAS Jewelry : Fashion Adornment with function and purpose.
DUALITAS was born from the desire to expand upon the traditional notion of jewelry. Beyond adornment, each piece includes stones that various cultures have believed hold various metaphysical qualities which have a positive effect on the wearer. Collections are conceptualized and designed in Palo Alto, California and handcrafted in the gem capital of the world – Jaipur, India.
