eBay’s Focus on Fashion

The eBay Fashion Selling Style Studio set up shop this weekend at Union Square in the heart of San Francisco. With the pop-up Fashion Selling Style Studio touring the country, eBay is focused squarely on the increasing popularity of fashionistas who buy and sell fashion items from their own closets. New mobile apps, celebrity stylists, and tips from top sellers are all designed to make the process of selling your excess fashion finds seamless and rewarding. New registrations were entered in a drawing for the new Apple iPad. Many thanks to our eBay consultants Nick and Melissa who enthusiastically gave us the grand tour of eBay’s new fashion initiative. Be on the lookout for more eBay “fashion industry” collaborations in the future! Robert Nixon

Meet the Chic Squad at The eBay Fashion Selling Style Studio

eBay’s Selling Style Studio, which was recently featured on E! News, will be in San Francisco’s Union Square on July 20thth and 21st. Members of the eBay Chic Squad, including celebrity stylist Danielle Nachmani and top fashion seller Sarah Davis, will be on hand to walk attendees through the process of cashing in on fashion.

The eBay Selling Style Studio has been touring in different cities all summer. The team sets up a “selling studio” where participants can come learn about the eBay selling process. eBay is encouraging people to switch up their closet (sell the things they no longer want to make room and cash for the new summer/fall articles they want).

When you come to the event, you are walked through the entire selling process. You will receive help signing up for an account, taking pictures of any items you want to sell, and registering them on the site. You also receive standard size shipping boxes to ship any articles you sell. The event is hosting fashion experts to give advice and tips to the crowd.
